Jenny was amazing from the moment we walked in greeted us with a warm inviting smile and sat us immediately. We had conversations throughout the night and she made cocktail and drink suggestions as well. Wonderful experience and Jenny made it all the better. Nearby for walking as well. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Usually, I’m not someone who leaves reviews, but as a first-time visitor, my experience didn’t start well at all. I had a reservation and arrived on time. I was told to go inside, but then I was left waiting at the entrance for around 10 minutes, even though there were several empty tables available. After I was finally seated, one waiter handed me a menu, but another took it away just a few seconds later without asking if I was ready to order, if I wanted something to drink, or even if I was finished with it. When my friends arrived, we waited quite a while before anyone came to take our order. Eventually, we managed to order, and I mentioned to the person who seemed to be the manager that the service had been disappointing from the very beginning. Only after that did the staff become more attentive. I’m giving 3 stars mainly because of the young waitress, who was genuinely kind, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant is quite small, yet the prices are comparable to much nicer rooftop venues. With prices at that level, I believe customers should expect a much more attentive and professional service. I hope they improve these aspects because they can make a big difference to the overall experience. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Lovely rooftop with beautiful views, especially around sunset. The staff upstairs were very friendly, and we enjoyed both the drinks and the cheese platter. Our experience with the reservation process was a bit confusing, though. We first asked at the downstairs desk whether there was space for two people without a reservation and were told there was not, so we left to look for another place. When we couldn’t find anything else that appealed to us, we checked the website (5 minutes later) and were able to make a reservation within a few minutes for a time slot just 5 minutes later. After returning, we waited in line and saw two couples ahead of us ask whether there was space available without a reservation. Both were allowed in. We then showed our reservation and were also admitted to the rooftop. In the end, we had a very enjoyable visit, but the handling of walk-in guests seemed inconsistent and left us somewhat confused about how availability was being managed.
