Il Testaccino is simply a lovely place. Laura (one of the main owners) and her family/patrons - are welcoming (especially to foreigners) and kind. The space is clean, neat, and provides great food and coffee/cappuccinos. I noticed how patient she and her staff are with visitors whom are not Roman, even in lieu of our struggle to speak Italian. We noticed that many locals are regulars at this cafe - Laura knew their orders/typical orders. Their customer service is bar-none. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food and drink that you get. We visited this cafe for breakfast, snack many times and would gladly return. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
