I visit Texas Roadhouse often. It is a family favorite. This visit was a bit different. The wait was long. There were several tables around us that got their food and left before we received ours. We waited over an hour. The food was cold. We didn't have refills. We were celebrating a birthday, so we chose to stay. This is not the experience that we are used to. I hope the next time we visit, the care and food are improved. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Great food: Ribs, Catfish, Dallas steak and herbed chicken. Tasty steak fries and rice and corn and chili as side dishes. Carter was a great server. Polite, friendly, and checked on us often. Would definitely return. Im sorry I really wanted to like it because other people told me it was good but it just wasn't good to me or any one i was with (table of 5). The service was fine but the food was not good at all. I could make better wings from the Frozen department at Walmart. And I don't know how you mess up green beans but they were horrible tasting. We were all hungry but out of five different meals none of us finished our food and it wasn't because we were full. Maybe the good reviews come from the steak and ribs I don't know because we didn't have those but I will not be back to try them. It's really disappointing because everything's so expensive nowadays and I could have just grabbed some pizza or fast food and we would have been full and felt better about the money we spent.
