Had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! The food was delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has always been one of my favorite restaurants, which made tonight’s experience especially disappointing. I had a friend visiting from out of town and i decided to bring him somewhere that he has never been to before. i ended ordered the steak kabobs something i always get, making it clear to the server that I have a tomato allergy. My meal initially arrived with tomatoes. When it was remade, it came without the mushrooms and onions, and I was told the kitchen chose to leave them off “just in case” rather than confirming my preferences. After requesting another remake, I was informed that the kitchen did not want to remake the meal because they closed at 10 p.m., even though it was only around 9:10 p.m. I asked to speak with a manager and was told she would not be coming out. When I finally received the order and got home, I discovered it was still incomplete, missing both the rice and mushrooms. as well as no toppings for the sweet potato. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant I’ve always enjoyed, and it will be quite some time before I return. On a positive note, Manager Briana was professional, helpful, and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the situation. Hubby and I went to Texas Roadhouse to watch the Red Sox / Orioles game on Sunday. We planned to go to bar and have a pint and maybe the onion appetizer, but it turned out to be a delicious lunch smorgasbord. Brad was a delightful bartender/server. Friendly and attentive. I love it when someone introduces themselves and lets me know they are there if we needed anything, and then leaves you to enjoy yourself (and the game)! Perfect lunch date with no wait (bar), good food, and Friendly staff! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
