Who ever was scheduled to work on January 23, 2026 at 7pm, They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Non stop yapping and then got the nerve to get my order wrong. I order 5 scopes of plantain and paid and they gave me 4 single ones. You should have seen the condtion of the shrimp. And also, I order shrimp and somehow I hot 6 pieces of shrimp and a whole bunch of chicken. All that talking they was doing no wonder the messed up my order. I waited 15 minutes for my food, mind you, no one else was in the store. That lady and that man WOULD NOT STOP YAPPING AND FOCUS ON THEIR JOB. IMMEDIATELY THEY NEED TO BE SPOKEN TO OR FIRED.

With this level of service they should be next to close. They have a huge sign in front advertising a chicken sandwich. Walked in and ordered it. Proceeded to wait 25 minutes for the dude at the register to say "we dont have the chicken sandwich". Unexcusable. Meanwhile the wait time is always unacceptable when i visit this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
