The wife took me here for my birthday and it was a wonderful vibe. Food was awesome and the staff was very friendly. Also didn't have to wait on the food very long. Definitely would recommend this place

Went to The Big Easy for dinner tonight, had 6:45 reservations. Been a few years since we”d been and we won’t be back. Walked in and the host mumbled something that I couldn’t understand and then began paying more attention to a group of folks that came in behind us that were “.walk-ins”( no reservations). Finally he pointed at a table and told us to go sit there.. at least that’s what I think he said. So we took our seats and sat there while several of the wait staff walked past us for way too long. I actually flagged one of them down and asked if someone was assigned to our table. She didn’t know. The four of us at that point decided if it was taking that long to get waited on, getting the food was gonna take a miracle so we got up and left. Didn’t used to be that way.

Would never go back. Had reservations, host mumbled when we walked in and turned around. Another group walked in without reservations and got more service / attention than we did. Eventually a host pointed to a table and said something but you couldn’t hear him for the mumbling. Finally a host headed towards a table without saying anything. We asked were we supposed to follow you? He mumbled yeah. Told him we couldn’t hear anything they were saying. He raised voice slightly and asked if we wanted water. Sat there for 20+ minutes with no acknowledgment from anyone. Finally stopped someone and asked who our server was, she said she didn’t know. She then asked host who our server was and he shook his head and said he didn’t know either. Needless to say we walked out. Not a single employee acknowledged us as we walked out, including one of the hosts that was outside smoking when we walked by.
