Just ordered Vegetarian Shaahi Panner Frankie and Potato Samosa and it was awefull experience..Instead of Potato Samosa, they gave Beef Samosa and even Panner in Frankie was not fresh at all.. Had to vomit just after eating Frankie. So irresponsible behavior of not checking order before handing to customers.
I would never recommend to anyone.

Last week we ordered pick up from this place, it was our first time eating at this place so with a little hesitation decided to go ahead.. biggest mistake. My son and I who ordered the same thing ended up with AWFUL FOOD POISONING. I’m talking chills, vomiting, diarrhea!! I literally thought we were going to have to go the hospital and with the pandemic I can’t even imagine how difficult that was going to be. We contacted the restaurant 3 times, and all the times we never received an apology nor a refund. We spoke to Marie who as she stated “understood” our pain but could not issue a refund, even after sending her screenshots of our order confirmation. We have yet to hear from Marie or anyone else, we have yet to see a refund, the literal minimum they could have done for causing us severe food poisoning. Don’t do this to yourself and eat somewhere else.

Saw a piece on The Bombay Frankie Company, and could not wait to try it out. Did not disappoint, exceeded expectations, I had a chicken tikka masala frankie, which was delicious, very filling. Also fish pakora was amazing. So clean, excellent service. Best meal, five stars ⭐️
