Roxy’s is inside the El Dorado Resort. Before you even walk in, there’s a sushi counter out front and on some nights there is live piano music. It creates a wonderful ambiance, and it’s a pleasant place for a meal inside.On our 8/28/26 visit we shared a ribeye with raspberry balsamic reduction and it was amazing. The sweetness of the reduction paired perfectly with the steak. Accompanying our meal, the baked potato was large, hot, and perfectly cooked.The only downside was the French onion soup was a little more bitter than it should be, lacking that usual sweet, caramelized balance. However, the kitchen's slight miss on the soup didn't overshadow the evening because the service was fantastic as always. We will definitely be back! Reservations recommended and easy on Yelp! I love this place and always go for the happy hour martini deal -- 430-630 -- when in town. The food is very, very good too. The roast chicken I had on this go-round was the best I've ever had. The kitchen absolutely nailed it. Better than their steaks IMHO. Their bread and salty butter is tops too. It's an attractive bar and the lighting is perfect, makes it very relaxing. They have solid iounge singers nightly too. Special mention to the wonderful Laleh at the bar. I've been coming here for 15+ years and she's the best of the historic best. Working very hard and being friendly, funny and professional through it all. A stellar employee going the extra mile at a casino bar? Who knew! Thanks, Laleh. Very poor, I really expected more. Was here on a trip. Went here was not busy there was only one other person at the bar. My friend and I were there the beginning of June, had 2 drinks each during happy hour, the waitress seemed to have an attitude maybe having a bad day idk. What made things worse, I paid with my credit card and we left a cash tip. 2 days later I get a notice that she wrote herself in a lovely tip doubling my bill. She was not worth a $50 tip + the $15 cash we left. Trying to get ahold of anybody at Roxy's was a joke, told to talk to the manager then the manager passed me off on to Caesar's accounting which was a joke to get ahold of, everyone passing the buck. Then dispute it with my credit card and there it was the receipt the submit with no signature. Fraud absolute fraud. Be careful going to this bar. They will take your money and not give it back. Their reason they gave in their dispute response was they didn't need a signature. So she can steal whatever she wants without a signature. Food: 1 Service: 1 Price per person: $40–50
