Second time trying. First time not good cold food that took way too long to come out. This time appetizer, we waited and waited and the manager came out and said they were ready but so was the food. We told him we didn't want the appetizer. He said they would bring out the food. He came back and gave us the appetizer No charge. Our food , a burger and fries. Fries were cold. Dessert a brownie sundae. That was no brownie it was like a rock. Horrible!! Our last time coming to the Cheesecake factory. You are a High volume restaurant. You need food runners!!! It takes too long for the food to come out, so long that it's cold. Server was great and manger was caring Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
