Great service. Smart TVs a big plus as can watch what you enjoy. Only downside I would say is my room had a green light on which kept me awake for a bit.

I visited the Crofts Hotel on a quick trip to the south of Wales with my other half last week. We both really enjoyed our stay! Modern and clean rooms, although smaller than we expected. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar and very friendly and talkative staff. We were also joined by the cat (called Kat), with whom I had the honour of being her lap to sit on that evening. There was also a parrot that lives in the pub, but it didn't have too much to say other than the occasional "whoop!". The only downside I would say would be the availability of street parking, but as long as you don't mind walking a slight distance. Service: 5

Friendly local pub with hotel, great selection of pub grub and a delicious Sunday carvery. Fantastic undercover seating area in the beer garden & alfresco patio area. Pool room with 2 tables which cost only 50p a game. Selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks
