To order nicely cooked chicken is a really nice idea. The Fab has good iced coffee among its drinks. The creative staff welcomes visitors all year round. Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place.

I went with a friend to the Thimbirigasyaya outlet today to order a bday cake and whilst the message was being written,we ordered iced coffee and sat at a table for 2.As we finished and was waiting to be informed about the cake,there was a lady who came in with some food to eat. The Staff member at the door came with this lady and just asked us to get up so that the lady could eat.We were shocked but we did get up and on my way to the front I did tell this staff member that we were waiting to collect our cake which was still in the kitchen.He informed us in a very offhand way that the cake was ready.I was really annoyed and asked to speak with the manager.I did give him a lesson on customer service,the importance of politeness and the importance of giving each and every customer a positive customer experience.In short..was I happy..NO..Will I be back...NO in short it was a terrible experience and one which I have not gone through anywhere before.To add insult to injury,the manager was not in anywayable to handle the situation and did not even have the decency to appilogize on behalf of their shortcomings..he just had this blank look on his face which made me thinkbthat what I was saying was just beyond his understanding.In my opinion they all need to undergo a training in customer service because at this time..they are totally iblivious to the fact that they are dependent on customers inorder for their business to thrive,not the other way around.Very dissappointed customer

Went there during a weekday to buy a cake. The place had a couple of guests. The staff were friendly. The ambience is ok. Theres parking available in front of the restaurant. The variety of cakes were minuscule. We bought the chocolate fudge cake and the taste wasn't that great. The packaging was ok. The pricing is economical. Advice to the management: please put more available savouries on the menu. Overall the experience was average.

The food is still pretty good, but the portion sizes have decreased considerably over the years while the prices seem to have skyrocketted. Very convenient however as the Fab seems to be everywhere!
