Report incorrect information
On a few occasions when I was at the Havelock town outlet I noticed that people were not being served in the order they arrived. Given the layout a single queue is out of the question. It's not entirely the staff's fault as some customers are also to be blamed. Some only bother about obtaining their food regardless of who came first.
This happened at another Fab outlet but let's leave it at that.
Fab has been serving good quality food for years and its the first place we consider when we have guests over for tea.
They do have cakes and macaroons and stuff so if you're looking to pick up a cake it shouldn't be a problem.
