The service here is probably the best ever. I walked in with a water melon in my bag and the workers were not only not judging my choice of perchance at the local Kroger but they also were supportive of my ice cream shake mix! Seriously, there is no better ice cream joint in the world that can live up to this place. If you are coming through rincon, this is a MUST SEE! Also, Even and Abbie are amazing workers

Ordered a peanut butter sundae, got a hot fudge sundae with the tiniest amount of peanut butter on it, and so much hot fudge, it melted all of my ice cream. I'm sure many people would love a bowl of hot fudge, but when it's not what you ordered and it melts your whole dish into soup... What a waste of $8.

We are sorry they did not properly create your sundae and are hopeful you told our employee of the error so they could make it right. In the meantime, we will provide coaching on the proper amount of fudge as it should not overwhelm the Ice Cream to melt it. We appreciate you letting us know of your experience.

We are regular patrons at the Ice Cream Stop in Bluffton, which we find terrific all the way around and inside the store. We happened up on the Rincon Ice Cream Stop found the ice cream was great the staff seemed almost to be in a panic but the still were pleasant and proficient but our reason for not giving a five star review is because the store was chaotic. It was not clear where the line started and ended and there were some rude folks who instead of trying to respect those already in the store waiting for assistance well they just kind of bolstered their way to the counter and ordered not embarrassed at all for cutting in front of all who were waiting. Signage or a barrier for direction could help end this chaos. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
