We do have an auto-gratuity of 20% for parties of 6 or more, and that is listed on our menu for our guests convenience, which is also standard in the industry. Our server did explain to you that there would be no additional tip required, and there was no extra tip received after checkout from your party. As for the heaters, we did provide heating to the best of our ability by seating your party at one of our tables with a fire pit in the center, outdoors. As you were a walk-in group without a reservation, we did ask if you would be okay with this arrangement before seating, and we are sorry to hear that you were not comfortable outdoors after the agreement. Unfortunately, we were fully booked with reservations indoors at this time. Otherwise, we would have guaranteed that you would’ve been indoors.
