First floor cafe was a 5 star all around . As well as the actual roof top sitting area . But on the second floor done in area was a disaster at its finest . Not only our table but the table next to us had gotten our food very slow and incorrectly. Along with that we had no server just a random individual who would only stop when we had to say something . Lastly we weren’t offered any non-alcoholic drinks. Once we got the check it took an extra 30 minutes not only that but the two boxes we asked for was never given . For a high dining dinner it was very low class. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We hosted a private family dinner the night before our wedding, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The food was incredible, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for bringing our families together before the big day. Our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the evening! A special thank you to Alison for helping coordinate all the details. She was fantastic to work with, offering great guidance on menu selections and quantities while making the entire process seamless and stress-free. We truly appreciated the care and accommodations from the entire team. It was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend, and we look forward to returning again soon. Highly recommend!

We had a very poor Sunday tea experience at 10th and Terrace. The setup of the tables was promising with cute tea cups and saucers. The tea was served in bags instead of in a pot. The server asked about any allergies and I relayed I have a shellfish allergy. When the food is brought out no one explains what each item is for several minutes. When the server finally comes over the first thing they say is on our savory platter is crab rangoon which I obviously cannot have. They huff about a kitchen mixup and leave the table without telling us what the sweet items on the tiered tray are. When the savory platter was remade we were served cold chicken skewers and undercooked quiche bites. The scones were clearly not fresh. The servers did come and ensure we had enough warm water for our tea, but aside from that they just chatted with each other very loudly. This was supposed to be a relaxing and fun experience for my 30th birthday with my best friend. Cold, not fresh food and being served my allergen was absolutely not worth $40 per person. I also take issue with mandatory 20% gratuity if the servers are going to ruin the calm atmosphere and not verify allergies with the kitchen. I have no issue with mandatory gratuity if the experience is good and I often leave an additional tip on top of that. Horrible experience! Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We sincerely apologize for the allergy-related kitchen error, the lack of menu guidance, and the food and service issues you encountered. Your concerns have been shared with our culinary and service teams, as this is not the experience we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
