It's great to taste Chinese and Vietnamese cuisines. You will be offered such food as perfectly cooked chinese rice, wontons and chicken stew, don't hesitate to try them. Guests don't highly appreciate lemonade at this restaurant.
At The Rice House, you can get a takeaway. The well-trained staff welcomes visitors all year round. The enjoyable service is a big plus of this place. Prices are found attractive here. As most reviewers notice, the atmosphere is exotic. But google users rated this spot and it didn't receive a high rating.

The rice mushy overcooked. The angry bird had so much grease. Bread was stale. Egg overcooked no taste. This place has went down hill. I will never eat here again. If I could give a zero that is what I would give. I use to love the rice house not any more. This food is so dangerous disgusting you cannot consume it. I just gave away $22.00 because I am unable to eat this trash. When you call they are very rude and leave you on hold for hours, ask for manager never came to phone person answer rudely. The manager was so rude she hung up on me. This why businesses don't last now. The rice house at this location will not be in business long serving food people cannot consume. Your manager is extremely rude.

I called to place my order took 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, person on the phone said 20 minutes, got there in 20 minutes, there was a line of what looked like unhappy ppl. Ppl were jumping each other. Someone called my order number as I walked in the door. I paid for my food, he handed me the bag. Get home. ALL of the food is cold, my 1/2 order shrimp fried rice was not in the bag. Called the store back, no one answered the phone. Very poor experience Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been a loyal customer of the The Rice House for many years. I don’t know if they switched staff, but the women who normally answer the phone are always respectful, friendly, and professional. They’ve always provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the man who answered the phone today was the complete opposite. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. I was actually getting ready to place an order, but after that interaction, I changed my mind. Moving forward, I will no longer patronize the Rice House. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting to be treated with respect, and lately it feels like too many businesses are becoming comfortable giving poor customer service while still expecting loyalty. If management truly values its customers, they need to place employees with strong customer service skills in front-facing positions. The women who usually answer the phones represent the business well. The gentleman I spoke with today does not. Service: 1
