First time we had the Schnitzel with the Pepper sauce it was perfectly cooked & delicious. ???????? 2nd time with the mushroom sauce not so good. Schnitzel was overcooked & was swimming in liquid. 3rd time with pepper sauce overcooked again so maybe it depends how the chef feels on the day. ????
