Troy Thomas, who ran 2 restaurants in his native Chicago and attended culinary school is the man behind The Rolling Stove. The Rolling Stove made its debut in Delray Beach back on July 6, 2010. I drove up from Miami to try it. I was so impressed with the flavors and then depressed when I realized that it was predominately going to hit up the streets of Broward/Palm Beach.
