The caravan was spotless. Wondered if it is new as it really was SO clean. There was a football goal, playground, arcades, pool tables, indoor and outdoor pool. Just what we needed as a perfect base for our holiday. Special mention to the 2 male lifeguards on the morning of 7th august - one of them paddle boarded into the lakes to get my sons football. You made his day, thank you. Evening entertainment was fun! Hannah and the other girl (so sorry forgot her name) were brilliant and so good with kids. Food was ok but we didnt really eat there much. There is a co op right opposite. Would we return? Yes!! Service: 4

Im so split on this review. The location was beautiful. The staff were all great BUT we had moldy curtains on ever set in our caravan. We had to complain 4 times before it was dealt with. Having a child with an allergy and breathing difficulties this was the most frustrating thing to happen. The night time manager seemed to be the only manager/staff that understood the severity of the mold in our caravan. The fact the caravan had no WiFi or Internet signal was annoying too and when speak to a member of staff we were told our caravan was the only one with no signal areal on it. With this being said, we had a lovely interaction with all the ladies working on the bar. They all looked late teens but were so professional and welcoming. We had some nice food and loved that the entertainment room was open longer so visitors could enjoy the football.

Your concerns are noted, Kelly. The mould issue is unacceptable and we are working on WIFI across all our Parks currently. We're glad the staff, bar team, and extended entertainment hours made a positive impression. We hope to see you again

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 4-night stay at The Lakes Rookley in one of the caravans we booked, and we had such a lovely time. The caravan was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing break — it truly felt like a home away from home. The site itself is beautifully maintained, with peaceful lakes and surroundings that make it perfect for unwinding. One thing that really stood out was the excellent customer service. After 10pm we had an issue with the gas supply, so we called the out-of-hours contact number. Within no time at all, a member of the maintenance team came over and helped us restore the gas. It was absolutely brilliant and really demonstrated reliable, responsive customer service — we were so impressed. Overall, a fantastic short break in a great location with a team that genuinely cares. We wouldn’t hesitate to return! Service: 5
