I ordered an iced latte with syrup and almond milk; no food. The latte was very good, but overpriced ($8 for a 12oz.). The cafe is very much a neighborhood coffee shop. I didn't feel comfortable as I didn't fit the demographics of the other customers. It was very crowded inside and outside with people blocking entry/exit with strollers and dogs and not moving out of the way. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper and needed a deep clean. Excellent atmosphere, excellent coffee, and they even have bagels from the best shop in town. The owner, David, is incredibly welcoming. My wife and I always look forward to our dates at Third Place. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have never been to the third place coffee shop and I was excited to go. A lot of locals had written good reviews on it and when I walked in it was a cozy environment. The service was OK, which doesn’t bother me really. After I asked for my vanilla latte with oat milk, they said the total would be $9.04. I hesitated for a second, and then paid. I have never paid nine dollars for a latte in a city before, even in NYC. I’m not quite sure why the high cost, but I won’t be coming back as that is not sustainable for me.
