If you feel hungry after visiting Sotira Lykodimou Church (Russian Church), have a meal at this restaurant. Perfectly cooked rolls will impress you at the first bite. It's worth visiting Thirio Athens because of tasty cinnamon rolls.

The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The terrific service shows a high level of quality at this place. Prices are found low here. The atmosphere is exotic, as clients find it. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.8.

Thirio, which is Greek for “beast,” is a must if you’re looking for a restaurant that explores the daring side of Greek cuisine. The menu is small, seasonal, and inspired by traditional Greek dishes, but executed from a different perspective, fusing elements and techniques from other cuisines. All the dishes we tried were unique and well cooked, with only minor flaws here and there that didn’t take away from the experience. We were lucky to be seated at the bar, with a full view of the kitchen, which was immaculate and ran like clockwork. The chef and his team were eager to offer suggestions from the menu, share details about the dishes, and talk about the restaurant. One thing we learned is that they are soon going to expand the already cozy and tastefully understated dining hall. Good news, I guess: the beast is growing. And given the splendid experience, deservedly so. Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
