I had an amazing dining experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chi! She was the only waitress working, yet she handled everything with incredible professionalism, speed, and a positive attitude. Despite being busy, she remained friendly, attentive, and made every guest feel welcomed and valued. Chi worked tirelessly to ensure orders were taken promptly, food was delivered quickly, and every customer had what they needed. Her ability to stay organized and maintain excellent customer service under pressure was truly impressive. It’s rare to find someone who is both hardworking and genuinely caring, but Chi exceeded all expectations. She is a tremendous asset to the restaurant, and her dedication did not go unnoticed.
