Tim Hortons serves a variety of desserts

Come here for good breakfast sandwiches, bacon and grilled sandwiches if you are hungry. At this fast food, visitors may try tasty cream donuts, bagels and muffins. As a number of guests state, iced coffee is really good.

Tim Hortons with takeout dishes is good for those clients who like to have lunch on the go. The cheerful staff meets you at this place all year round. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. When you enter this place, you feel the charming atmosphere. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

This is the first time I have ever had bad service at a Tim Hortons. The older lady at the 277 E Fairmont ave in lakewood was the worst employee I have ever had at any Tim Hortons. Rolling her eyes complaining there was a big order to the male employee. We had 4 sandwiches 4 drinks and 4 sides not what I would consider a large order and she did not even get it right. If we did not already pay I would have walked out. Missing drinks and doughnut from the order. We sat across the restaurant by the windows and could hear her complain about problems at home. I later when up to get a coffee before leaving and made sure I got the other younger lady to see if it was the location. She was excellent and wish we would have had her first. Meal type: Lunch

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry to hear that your visit didn't go as expected, especially with the issues regarding your order of sandwiches, drinks, and sides. It’s disappointing to hear about the service you received during your visit. However, I'm glad to know that the younger staff member was able to provide excellent service when you needed assistance. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. If there's anything else you'd like to share to help us make this right, please feel free to reach out to us. I’ve been to many different Tim Hortons locations over the years, but this one truly stands out as the best in Monroe County, New York. The service is consistently excellent no matter what time of day you come in—orders are always accurate, quick, and made with care. What really sets this location apart is the team. Kyle, James, Bella, KC, Tyler, Christian, Tyler, and Riley are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience and take pride in what they do. There are also many other team members whose names I don’t know, but they all contribute to the same high level of service. It’s rare to see this kind of consistency and positive attitude across an entire staff. I don’t typically leave reviews, but the experience here has been so consistently great that I felt it was well deserved. If you’re in the area, this is definitely the Tim Hortons to go to—great people and great service every single time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is one of the best Tim Hortons! No matter how long the line is the service is always fast! They always get my food and drink order correct. I specifically ask no cheese and not a single time have they given me cheese, which is so rare for fast food! They’re pretty nice, not overly nice or anything but they have basic customer service (which is also rare). The singular complaint I have is they skimp on my whipped cream for my ice cap but it’s not that serious. They always make it right! Great job to the morning crew!!! (For reference i typically go anywhere between 7:30-8:30am before work and I use the drive through every time) Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
