We honestly didn’t expect Timeless to be this good. We had walked by a few times and were so curious because of the lighting and atmosphere, but it completely exceeded our expectations. The food was very, very good across the board. We tried a noodle dish, a cheese pizza, avocado sushi (not pictured), and a salad, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well done. The mint shisha was excellent, and the coffee was a perfect pairing to finish the meal. For dessert, we had the Japanese cheesecake. The topping was delicious, but the cheesecake itself was a bit more like a pound cake than what we expected. Still enjoyable, just not quite what we had in mind. The service was also very strong, attentive without being overwhelming, and the atmosphere is such a standout. The space feels unique and thoughtfully designed, which really adds to the whole experience. Overall, a really great spot in Lusail and one we’ll definitely come back to.
