We had an amazing experience at X-Fire, and I especially want to thank Pooja for making our first visit so enjoyable. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, friendly, and always smiling. Since it was our first time at X-Fire, she took the time to explain the menu in detail, which we really appreciated because there were so many options. She clearly explained each dish, the available toppings, and any extra charges, making it very easy for us to decide. When we asked for her recommendations, she gave us honest and thoughtful suggestions without trying to upsell us. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. What stood out the most was her positive attitude. She was cheerful, approachable, and made us feel so welcome throughout our meal. It's rare to come across someone who puts so much care into their work, and it truly made a difference. Pooja is one of the best servers we've had, and she absolutely deserves recognition. I hope the management sees this because employees like her are what keep customers coming back.
