Jodi, thank you for your continued support and for taking the time to share your experience. We're especially disappointed to hear this feedback from a loyal guest who visits us regularly. We sincerely apologize for the repeated order inaccuracies you've encountered, including missing items, incorrect toppings, and receiving products that did not match what was ordered. We understand how frustrating it is to discover these issues after leaving the drive-thru, particularly when it means making an extra trip and ending up with cold food. That's not the experience we want any of our guests to have. While we're glad our team has been friendly and has begun reading orders back, we agree that accurate orders are just as important.
