Randy,We sincerely apologize for the issues regarding your wife’s steak. When she let us know her medium steak was undercooked, our kitchen prepared it for another minute. After it was sent back a second time, we cooked it for an additional minute. While we acknowledged that the initial temperature was slightly below our standards, we aimed to correct it promptly. The second time it was perfect to our standards however, the customer is always right. When your wife mentioned the steak had then become overcooked, we offered to prepare a brand-new steak for her, which she declined. We always strive to ensure our guests leave fully satisfied, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations during this visit. We let you know that the kitchen was aware of the situation not that they were having issues. We tried everything in our power to make your happy.
