I had high expectations but our visit was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had. Service was the biggest problem. Our drinks took over 40 minutes to arrive, and when they finally did, they were the wrong ones. After that, no one ever came back to check on us. For a restaurant at this level, the lack of attention was hard to believe. The food didn't make up for it. The oysters were underwhelming and drowned in a heavy sauce that hid their flavor. The croquetas had a gooey, almost Play-Doh-like texture that was unpleasant to eat. Between the absent service and the poor atmosphere, we left before our entrées and remaining courses came out. We never made it past the first course. A Michelin star should mean care, consistency, and attention to detail. We experienced none of those.
