I really don’t mind the slow service as long as they let the customers know when to expect their food to come out without being reminded. There were only a few customers when we arrived and placed our order. We had been sitting for an hour without our food. Called the attention of the manager. She got defensive and kept on insisting that we’ve only been waiting for our order for 30min. Our server was actually better than the manager at handling our complaints. Our server was honest enough to tell us that they were having problems with their ticketing/order queuing system reason for the delay. The manager should have told us the real reason for the delay rather than making it appear that it was our fault. We walked out and will never go back to this place.
