This location has its ups and downs . I’ve had many issues with my orders in the past unfortunately the only time my order is right when the manager makes it otherwise my smoothie is never filled to the top and taste watery. Twice I ordered a jerk chicken wrap only to get back to work and bite into it there’s no chicken. I also had an issue with substitutions in my smoothie. I can taste when ingredients weren’t added Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Smoothie and a Wrap

This was my first time at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, so I had no idea what to expect. I stopped by because I wanted one of the beverages I saw featured in the window. When I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the staff. They were very patient, as my husband and I perused the beverage menu and asked questions while placing our order. At first glance, I was hesitant about selecting a food option. Through his generosity, Josh enticed me into making a selection. I'm so glad he did. The sandwich I received was Super Fresh and delicious. The smoothie that Deshonique mixed up for us was also yummy and refreshing. She did a great job detailing the add-ins we might like on a future visit. There will definitely be a future visit! Thanks to these two , I left feeling like I not only made a healthy decision, but also like I found a new go to spot!
