Today was my first time trying this AMAZING food truck! Im a truck driver and stop in Bishop 2 nights a week and always see Uncle Shyams truck right outside my hotel. I smelled the delicious waft in the air and HAD to try it! I ordered the Bruce Lee bowl and pork wontons. THIS MEAL WAS FIRE AF!!! The service was fast, welcoming and friendly! DEFINITELY worth the stop and I DEFINITELY will be a returning customer!

Driving through Bishop we saw Uncle Shyams parked on a side road. Had a Bahn Mi and vegetarian egg rolls. Super delish. Look forward to eat here again.

I just had Uncle Shyams at the Friday night market and it was delicious. I had the Filipino eggrolls and tofu. The tofu had the best texture and flavor. Egg rolls were out of this world. It took a little bit to get our food because it was so busy but well worth the wait!
