Closed? Rightly so. I used to work here a few weeks, management refused to pay me and they took advantage of the Mexican cooks to the max. The amount of work very day at opening was overwhelming and unreasonable. No one sees what takes places behind the scenes. Dirty deceptive in humane chain.

I haven't been to this location in quite awhile, I walked in to have an early dinner a few days ago around 4/4:30pm & it was totally dead. I sat by the bar since I was alone & it took the bartender forever to come behind the bar to serve me. I remember the old bartender that worked there for years & he was great but I guess he moved on so I was stuck with this one who was this millennial chick with an attitude like I was bothering her for being there. I ordered soup & a grilled chicken salad. The soup wasn't bad but the salad was missing the noodles that are suppose to be in the salad as well the bacon & the lettuce wasn't in the greatest condition. The chicken was cold & tasted weird, I ended up with a stomach ache all night & got sick so I'm assuming it was the chicken. A few times during my meal the girl at the front desk & the bartender were nowhere to be found & I didn't even see any wait staff either which I thought was really weird. Obviously people must have known this place has gone downhill & stopped going but now I just hit the memo lol  You will never see me in there again either!!

This review is not for one single visit, but my overall take on Uno's in general. Nestled away in a very competitive restaurant area of Bay Ridge, Uno Pizzeria & Grill has been around ever since I was a kid. This establishment is passing the test of time. Always trying a new approach to drum up business and I tell ya, it seems to be working. Food: The menu here keep growing and growing and every time I flip through it my tummy growls and growls. There are many options to fit all types of eaters. You can come here and eat like a pig like what my friends and I do or you can come here and have something on the lighter side. As I'm writing this review I'm dreaming about the Chicago Classic Deep Dish. Service: The wait staff here is always pleasant. Every time we come here, we're always delighted to have such a knowledgeable and professional waiter. On my last visit, I noticed they added tablets to the table for you to call over the waitress in the event you need something. Beer and TVs: Uno's has an extensive amount of beers on tap as well as TVs. If you are looking to watch a sporting event and want to be away from all the large crowds, come here. A new little addition, they now offer Beer towers and pitchers at a cheap price. I've never gotten a chance to come here during happy hour, but I do know they're always advertising specials. Reason why I keep coming back here? Delicious bar food, tons of beer on tap, and good place to watch the game.
