This bar and Churchill Park can be both really attractive for tourists. If you never happened to degust Australian cuisine, take your chance at VAT 116. The truth is that you will really enjoy good rump steaks, calamari and fish. Try delicious draft beer or good wine.

Live music is performed by musicians in the evening. The enjoyable service is a big advantage of this place. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.2.

Vat 116 has a relaxed beachside vibe, ideal for everything from after-work drinks to weekend diners. I stopped in for a midweek pint and pub grub, and it hit all the right notes. The atmosphere is laid-back but with enough energy to feel social. I had the rump steak special with chips and salad – simple, hearty, and well worth the price (£15 special nights are a draw). Service was efficient even as the place filled up, and the staff were friendly and approachable. With ratings around 4.0 across multiple review platforms, Vat 116 clearly maintains consistent standards and local appeal. Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointing the lady on duty was quite rude with her service to us Thursday the 14th July at 11.30. We didn’t stay for lunch after making us shift tables to another and telling our grandson off for shutting door because it was cold it wasn’t closing properly. We won’t be going back there it was a day out with our son and grandchild.

Food below average. Burgers used to be fresh made
But now frozen tasteless rubbish. Just glad I didn’t pay full price and came on a Monday.. but saying that it’s still not worth $12.
