I recently visited Veloce Cafe and was very disappointed with the service. I am a regular customer and this isn't the first time. When I entered and greeted the cashier, he seemed annoyed by my presence and did not respond. The lack of basic customer service skills was apparent. Additionally, the receptionist was very clearly on a video call with a half-dressed person, waiting for me to finish ordering so he could continue his call. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and not in line with the standards and traditions we have in Saudi Arabia. I strongly urge the owner to address this issue asap.. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
