Nice quirky hotel. The custom built furniture in the rooms was so unusual that it made the stay special for us. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our 3 night stay in July. View from the balcony made our trip. Breakfast was very enjoyable. We did not have time to enjoy the spa but it looked really nice. Service: 5

Incredible hospitality for our honey moon. Front desk was so helpful and prompt for anything we needed or any questions. Loved the art and layout. The only thing that needed work was the spa which was broken with the star lights they advertise . Would stay here again 100% Service: 5

Unique hotel and unique decor. Excellent A+ customer service and support from the hotel manager and staff (Therese, Amelia and Laura). Highly recommend- we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was amazing and everyone went above and beyond. There is also a very cool SPA available to the guests. Great views of the Matterhorn from our room and balcony. Very central location for food ( many choices of cuisines); about 15 minutes to the gondola up to the top of the mountain (Italy-Swiss border), the views were just awesome of the glacier and the ski runs); and, tons of shops nearby. Zermatt is not an inexpensive town but this hotel was a great value. Would come back and stay again for sure. Service: 5
