We had a very large party for a business dinner. The menu included salad, soup, an entree and dessert. The voices for the entree were sea bass, a striploin and rack of lamb. I decided on the sea bass. It came with a shiitake mushroom risotto and asparagus. It was cooked perfectly and was flaky. The risotto tasted great and the asparagus had great flavor. The dessert choices were chocolate cake or flan. I decided on the flan. The custard was perfectly creamy. This meal was over the top!! The service was impressive. Our water was never empty and our wait staff was very attentive to our needs. When we walked out to leave, the restaurant was full of people eating there. I have been here with my wife and other family members multiple times. We really like the food each time we come. The customer service is always excellent. We came to Via Real Restaurant for our Valentine’s Day dinner, and wow absolutely unforgettable. The food was amazing — every bite was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully served. The dessert was awesome too, the perfect sweet finish to a perfect night. Our waitress, Andrea, gave us next-level service. Above supreme, truly excellent. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel like VIPs the entire evening. The manager, Jaime (Jimmy), came out to check on us, joked around with us for a few minutes, and even gave us excellent recommendations for spots to check out around Las Colinas nearby. That personal touch really made the night special. And to top it off, even the chef came out to ask us about our Valentine’s dinner — that’s the kind of hospitality you don’t forget. 5-star service all the way. We were treated like royalty.
