Kind of a bad dream, the tapas are not really served in any reasonable sequence, potatoes get cold before you get the meat part. None asked for wine for 20 minutes. Dont waste ur time, go elsewhere.

My wife and I went to Vinitus when we were in Barcelona over the Christmas break. We saw the reviews and pictures on Yelp and decided we just had to try it. When we arrived at the restaurant it was completely packed. There were about 15 people in line ahead of us but the restaurant was quite large and even had a few tables outside with heat lamps, so we only ended up waiting about 30 minutes before getting seated. The bar/kitchen was like an island in the middle of the room. It was all luck of the draw but we ended up sitting at the smaller side of the island that only had six seats on it. They were by far the best seats in the house and I am certain sitting there added to our overall dining experience. Everything we ordered was fantastic - easily the best tapas we've ever had. And we just had so much fun. I think we tried about ten different types of tapas/pinchos and we must have spent a good two, two and half hours there - looking at the menu and deciding what to order, eating, drinking, chatting with the staff, and eating some more. Everyone who worked there was in a good mood and really friendly. We will be back the next time we're in Barcelona. Highly recommended. Five stars.
