Ordered set of atv tires from Walmart.com. 2 tires were correct the other two did not match. Took them back as Walmart site said to do to Walmart store with a tire center north store in Decatur Il on October 9th. Front customer service desk sent me back to automotive which had only two men working hard on cars and no time to wait on customers. When the team lead finally had time the printer has been broken in Automative and was unable to print a return label. Finally a coach came up and took me to the front customer service desk to print a fedex return label. This is Oct 15th and the tires have still not been shipped out from the store. I cannot get a refund from the 3rd party seller until they receive the tires from the store. Hopefully they still have the tires. I was there for about two hrs waiting pretty patiently on Oct. 9th. They may be sitting back in automotive which does not have adequate help and probably not a printer that has been fixed yet. All the coach did was print out the fedex shipping label, told me he didn't work the following day. I hope the label stays with the tires wherever they are as that assures I get reimbursed from the 3rd party shipper. NEVER ORDER FROM A 3RD PARTY SHIPPER FROM WALMART .COM AND NEVER RELY ON THE DECATUR IL STORE TO SEND THEM BACK

I think the employees at Walmart Supercenter on 36 are nicest people and the store is always so clean.
