Went to electronics to get help nobody back there then when they did come completely rude didn’t wanna help pointing to a sign with phone people hours I just wanted a prepaid phone that was it but I was still told they come at 11 that was ridiculous definitely need to hire people who wanna work and have better attitudes towards customers

I was just with my girlfriend because she wanted to go into Walmart for a few things. One of the products she wanted to buy was White Claw seltzer. Also food and I simply just happened to be with her. We proceeded to check out at their "self-checkout". I never touched the alcohol or mentioned anything about it. She gave the man her driver's license ID. I just so happened to not have my ID with me. This young man gave us a very hard time and refused to let her purchase the alcohol for the simple fact that I was just standing next to her. I argued with him about third party sales. Because it wasn't even like I had anything to do with the alcohol or the one paying for it. I'm 44 years old and he even stated the fact I look 30+ years old. Well I mean it's a good compliment giving me ten extra years off my real age. But he took away the alcohol and proceeded to argue back with me. Also after he was done with us he started talking about the situation with another customer who was also checking out. He was going on and on about how he's not allowed to sell the alcohol because anyone who's obviously near it needs to show their ID and how he can get arrested or lose his job. Which nothing he was saying was true. I've worked as a cashier for many years and I know the difference between a third-party sale and someone who is just with another person who is purchasing alcohol and yes you're allowed to sell that person the alcohol without checking anyone else in their group of people for their ID as well. Oh well just another day at Walmart I expect this type of customer service from their company! I could go on and on about the crap Walmart dose and don't do right but I don't want to bore anyone with a Bible full of complaints lol.

I think the employees at Walmart Supercenter on 36 are nicest people and the store is always so clean.
