To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report ongoing concerns regarding Pokémon card inventory handling and customer treatment at the Walmart location in Patterson, California. For several weeks now, customers and collectors have consistently lined up as early as 3:00 AM every Thursday in hopes of purchasing Pokémon trading card products when they are stocked. Despite this known demand, products have repeatedly not been placed out for sale even while customers are already present and waiting. The concern here is no longer just speculation — it has become a pattern noticed by many customers. There is growing frustration because these products appear to be intentionally withheld or delayed from reaching shelves despite large groups of customers waiting specifically for them. Many collectors feel the situation is being ignored by store management instead of addressed professionally. If Walmart management is aware that dozens of customers regularly line up every Thursday for these releases, there should be organized procedures in place to ensure products are stocked fairly, transparently, and safely for the public. Long customer lines are common during major retail events such as Black Friday, so it is difficult to understand why this situation is being handled differently. Instead of improving the process, customers who ask reasonable questions about product availability are often treated dismissively or made to feel like they are causing problems simply for waiting in line. Some customers have even been accused of “harassment” for standing nearby and asking about publicly sold merchandise. For clarification, harassment generally refers to threatening, intimidating, aggressive, or repeated behavior intended to cause fear or distress. Peacefully waiting in line, monitoring a product release, and asking reasonable questions about inventory availability should not automatically be treated as harassment. This situation has created serious distrust among customers because products are not consistently being made available in a transparent way. Many collectors now believe there may be unfair access to inventory before the public has an opportunity to purchase it. Whether intentional or not, the appearance of unfairness alone is damaging customer confidence in this Walmart location. This issue deserves immediate review from Walmart corporate leadership and regional management because it has become an ongoing problem affecting large numbers of paying customers and collectors. Customers are not asking for special treatment — only fairness, transparency, and equal access to products intended for public sale. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Always a guaranteed stop in most of the towns we pass through as we travel the USA. Our go to for staples like milk, eggs, butter, coffee creamer, and loads more. Because weight and storage space are key concerns traveling, we appreciate the ability to by smaller quantities of staples and pretty close to bulk prices. Between Walmart Supercenters and small town Grocery Outlet type markets, they pretty much account for 80% of our purchases. On the rare occasion we are in a park for multiple weeks , then Amazon gets about 15%, with dinning out getting the last 5%.
