This isn't just a poorly run store; it’s a masterclass in total operational failure. The employees here possess a level of weaponized ignorance that is genuinely staggering. They don’t just lack training—they seem to lack basic human functioning. Trying to get a simple task done required explaining it to three different people, none of whom understood how their own system works, before they all just stared at me blankly like sentient mannequins. They don't know the inventory, they don't know how to operate the registers, and they clearly don't care. Walking into this establishment is a masterclass in wasting your own life force. Burning your money in the parking lot would be a more productive and less frustrating experience. Avoid this absolute circus at all costs.

Plan on setting aside an extra hour each trip if you come here. Ever department has stuff behind glass cases. I often give up after waiting and having customer service say they'll send someone and no one comes. Most of the employees are fulfilling online orders. Every department needs someone on call at all times who just opens cases. Does the management care about how much business they are losing on an hourly basis?
