Report incorrect information
Reno FBD store - Sept 21: The dark hair order taker girl (has right inner nostril nose pin) was not friendly at all, intense, expression-less & stalwart, almost rude/disrespectful the way she addressed us, as well as all other customers and it wasn't because the place was "busy". Line mostly empty but never more than 1-2 in line since it was just after 11 am. [She wouldn't work for me if I was the owner.] We had never been in before today but seeing them highlighted on Guy Fiere's show we decided to try the place out. I am a "cheese steak" aficionado and tho the sandwich was large, it was unfortunately the worst I've ever had in this town. No spices (as in salt or pepper, etc) , the steak "meat" WAY over done and chewy, near *no* bell peppers or mushrooms, not enough cheese and who in the world puts MAYO on a cheese steak? It was runny with mayo and literally had near zero flavor. Tossed the other half of it out. In contrast to the order taker the preparers/cooks seemed friendly + free drink refills. All I can figure is Guy must of felt sorry for that place... OR, they made him grub the public normally doesn't receive! VERY disappointing experience! Will not be back.
