I purchased raw meat from Walmart tonight, and when I opened it at home, it had a strong unpleasant smell and clearly did not seem fresh. Since this was uncooked meat, I was concerned about food safety and returned to the store to request a refund. The experience was very disappointing. At first, the manager told me the service area was “closed” and asked me to come back tomorrow, even though the store itself was still open until 11 PM. No one initially asked about the condition of the meat or seemed concerned about the possible food quality issue. The attitude felt dismissive and rude. After making me wait around 10 minutes, they finally processed the refund, but the overall customer service experience was poor. When customers report potentially spoiled raw meat, the situation should be handled more professionally and respectfully. I’m sharing this experience so other shoppers can pay close attention to meat freshness and carefully check products before leaving the store.

So much is locked up, even cheap bathroom items like deodorant and body wash. Asked several employees to help, all claimed they didn't have a key and would find someone. Took 20 minutes for someone to answer the call button despite many presses. This has happened multiple times now. I'm just not going to get anything locked up from Walmart anymore. It's too much a waste of time. There's got to be a better way to handle this without burdening honest customers so much. Until it's fixed, expect to lose more and more business to Amazon.

I had a generally great shopping experience at this Walmart Neighborhood Market. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Shelves were mostly stocked, and self service checkout was convienent and moved quickly. All of the items I needed were in stock. It’s a convenient location for everyday groceries and essentials, especially when you don’t want to deal with a larger superstore.
