Ordered the seafood ramen. It was a little tricky to eat because there were crabs in it, and you’re eating ramen with chopsticks. But the udon was so tender and really good. Price per person: $40–50

Some places get the food right. Others get the hospitality right. Wasabi sushi and Izakaya nailed both. A huge shoutout to Brandon at the bar for providing wonderful, attentive service that made the experience even better. The skewered pork belly was rich, smoky, and perfectly caramelized. The spicy salmon roll was fresh, balanced, and packed with flavor. To top it all off, the hibiscus margarita was refreshing, floral, and beautifully presented—almost too pretty to drink. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great sushi, delicious cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wasabi Sushi & Izakaya is a decent place with a good location. I visited on June 22. I wanted to sit on the patio, but there were too many flies outside — I’m not sure why. Inside, the restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and there were no flies indoors. The food was okay, but I expected the sushi to taste better, especially with a 4.5 rating. Overall, I liked the experience. The staff was friendly. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
