Just had dinner here instead of going out in the rain. My family's food was hit or miss, which is something I didn't expect at a place with a $48 crab cake meal. Food wasn't evenly warmed, the waiter messed up our party's order multiple times, and simply forgot to put in my daughter's chicken dinner. We waited for it, and when she had trouble cutting into it, I found it wasn't heated all the way through. Other food in my party was good, but the service wasn't as expected. I can make allowances when a restaurant is understaffed (like tonight), but there's no excuse for missing an order. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Went to eat dinner at watertable. The Hostess Ms.Diane was absolutely AMAZING! She made us feel welcomed & ready to enjoy the service. Ordered wings & asked for flats just eliminate the chance of getting undone drums & was told no all flats allowed. I agreed & took a chance to get a couple of undone wings in which I feared from begin. After leaving dissatisfied with my meal I was given a GOOD laugh by Ms.Diane which helped me let go of the disappointment. I just went elsewhere for food & remembered my laughs from te Hostess! I will definitely go back to speak with her on my next stay. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
