Latoya at self checkout was so kind and ready went above and beyond by providing my a plastic bag for my soup so it didn’t spill. There were also bags set up all the self checkout spots and she greeted everyone

The produce continues to go steadily down hill…used to be the best, not so anymore…moldy onions, nasty lemons and potatoes in bulk bags

I have gotten Two pizzas at the Mount Reed store, both times they have come out burnt I even brought in a picture of it and talked to one of the workers. All I got was oh well our ovens aren’t consistent if you don’t want it burnt you have to tell them to do it lightly. I didn’t realize I had to specify. Please don’t burn my pizza. I used to love Wegmans pizza unfortunately I don’t wanna risk getting a third burnt pizza. Wegmans used to be consistent with customer service but I guess like everything else That is a thing of the past.
