Whats the purpose of having somone to place an order online to have to wait once yiu arrive to pick it up. My grandkids need to eat. I would have been okay waiting if the food was hot. They waited an entire hour to receive cold food. We spent $40. We expect $40 worth of good food just like you expect tjat $40 on your paycheck. This is to the staff who are working the 12:AM shift on 6/6. Everyone and I do mean everyone's food is freaking cold. Stop serving people what you wouldn't want to eat yourself nor serve to your family. I don't play around with my grandkids and I dont gave time for anyone to get sick from eating cold food thay has possibly grown bacteria. I would have brought it back but people can be evil and will do stuff to your food. So that wqs $40 gone down the drain. Its away to avoid giving people cold food. Bring out the order as soon as its done Food: 2 Service: 3
