I went earlier today to get lunch and use the drive-in with a coupon on the mobile app. I didn't have to wait long and the drive-thru line and the cashier was pleasant and courteous and asked if I needed a receipt. The food however, was lukewarm and the fries looked old. This was my first time visiting this particular Wendy's location, and in a pinch I might be back. But based on the food, I doubt it. Went through drive thru. Parmesean chicken salad failed my expectations. Advertisement states "salads are made fresh daily". Chicken was cut into bite size chunks and placed on top of romaine lettuce. The chicken was cold, dry and hard. Some of the lettuce was wilted. If this salad was made fresh today, it was made with ingredients tjat were not fresh! When I got home and started to eat my salad I was very disappointed. If I had eaten at the restaurant, I woild have taken the salad to the counter and asked for a refund. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
