At Wendy's, you can order a takeaway. A lot of guests say that the staff is terrific at this place. A number of visitors mention that the service is good. Went to this Wendy's tonight at 12:30am (supposed to be open till 2 am) and it was closed third time this has happened in the last 2 months. 5 cars pulled through in the time it took for us to leave the parking lot. You guys are just handing business to In and Out saw a few of the same cars while waiting in line at In and Out.

Hours are never correct. Went 2 hours before it says they close on their google page and they were close. Has happens multiple time. Not even a “sorry about that” just silence and then “we’re closed”. It’s also in a very weird inconvenient spot to get in on the corner of the street. Never attempting to go to this Wendy’s again.

The staff at this location definitely need to go through some customer service training. I watched a lady running the counter be incredibly rude to everyone she assisted. In a customer service job I would expect to see the employees acting in a friendly and respectful manner to their customers, and that definitely was not the case today. I watched a poor young lady who was waiting for her order ask to get the key to the bathroom (it was obvious she really needed to go) the lady at the counter blew her off instead of pausing her task briefly to assist her. She acted put out to fulfill such a simple request. Do better Wendys. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
