Ordered 2 10 piece nuggets, they both came with 8. ordered a large fry and it was 1/3 full. Respectfully, the people that work here must not be all there mentally. Multiple times I’ve gone thru and they can’t get a simple order right. WOULD AVOID Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Once again, I ordered somwthing through the app they were out of in store: their original Frosty. I really don't like the vanilla, nor the add-ins, but they offered to mix in the brownie batter syrup and blend it to try and make it chocolaty. I was appreciative. It was VERY chocolaty, but still better than the vanilla. I wish the app would update when the location is out of an item, as this is the 2nd or 3rd time we've had this issue. The staff is always nice and offers to try and accommodate. It's not even summer yet, though, so issues with the Frosties does not bode well, this early. We had to wait on our food for some time and, while our fries were piping hot and fresh (Yay!), I can't say the same for our burgers. The cheese wasn't even melted on either and we had the Baconator and Son of Baconator. The sandwiches were made right, and everything tasted fine. I always appreciate their congeniality and effort. I just hope the details can get rectified. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I love Wendy's and I usually don't have too many issues with this place but sometimes it just takes too long. I'm typically patient but not waiting at a box for an hour patient. Tonight especially...I ordered at around 11:20 and they close at 12 which yes, I did order an hour before they close and that is on me. I arrived there and there was a car in front of me, sat there for nearly an hour, no response to them so they drove off and I went forward thinking maybe they weren't taking normal orders. Sat there for a good few minutes and as soon as it hit 12 they decided that it was time to speak telling me they were closed and that I should just cancel my mobile. Which I cannot because the app is saying there's an error every time I go to cancel it. It's usually good and I love the food and I should have ordered it earlier though it still makes me upset. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
