It's easy to find Wendy's due to its great location. In accordance with the guests' opinions, employees can be courteous. Cool service is something that visitors would like to improve here. You will like attractive prices. This place is associated with the cozy atmosphere. But guests rate this spot below average on Google.

1 the cashier was just standing around and would not come to register to take our order so had to use order machine. 2 not a single table was clean all of them needed to be wiped down 3 an off work employee was there with kids one was running behind register and another adult had a toddler standing and walker on counter where food is sat for pick up. And finally after hearing and seeing me complaining about the condition of table while i went to bathroom to get wet paper towels to wioe a table down someone came out and wiped at the tables. I mean like 2 swipes and if table had garbage on it he just pushed it to corner of the table. I will not go back or recommend this wendys. Not even gonna start on the employees that kept going out to smoke by door customers enter Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

I just went into this particular location, and asked for a senior coffee. The young man at the register stated that he didn’t know if any was made, which was ok with me, I would have waited. He approached the manager at the time who stated the we no longer sell coffee products, only ice coffee. He gave her a perplexed look, and then returned to me to tell me they no longer sold coffee. I didnt make a fuss, I just left and aksed my wife to stop by the drive thru sign which still advertised coffee, as well as when we drive by the drive-thru, we saw a coffee pot. As a senior disabled veteran, this was totally unacceptable to me to blantantly lie about something so trivial as coffee. If it wasnt brewed I would have patiently waited. I also contacted the Wendy’s in Carrollton, and asked them if for any reason they stopped serving coffee products to which the manager stated that wasn’t true. I’ve instructed Veterans that I know in the area to avoid this location because this is how they treat Veterans. I hope Wendy’s as a whole does not treat Veterans in this manner. The absolute WORST wendy's to ever exist. I went thinking i would get a good ole frosty instead I get home and eat it to find dead flies in it. I am absolutely disgusted and I do not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
